Wow! I’m still processing all that God did among our Heritage family over the Easter weekend.
I’m humble and amazed at how He moved in so many lives, and I am truly grateful for all the volunteers, teams and teammates that helped to make it a success.
Above all that, I celebrate the more than 271 people who chose to say ‘yes” to rescue…to the way out…to Jesus. At least, 114 of those were first-time decisions for Jesus! Oh Praise Him!
It was a great weekend among the Heritage family!
Having celebrated a love leading to a rescue, we’re now going to take a few weeks to dig into the implications and realities of Romans 8:11, which reminds us:
The Spirit of God, who raised Jesus from the dead, lives in you. And just as God raised Christ Jesus from the dead, he will give life to your mortal bodies by this same Spirit living within you.
That is an amazing truth with tons of implications!

At Easter we celebrate that we serve a God who powerfully rolled the stone away from Jesus’ tomb. That same power lives in us! God’s desire is for us to live lives marked by freedom, power, and wholeness – all available to us because of the Resurrection. He still moves stones and wants to move powerfully in our lives for our benefit and His glory. Join us as we explore what it means to embrace the power of the Resurrection together.
