Wanted to share a few “Now What?” things to follow up on our time together over the Easter weekend gatherings:
Now What?
Returning to a better story…
:: Everyone gets lost…BUT…God knows who you are and where you are.
:: Everyone needs help…AND God loves you enough to send his son to rescue you.
:: We can go home…THROUGH Jesus’ life, death and resurrection we can know God and love Him in a better story.
How do you do that?
1) Admit that, like everyone else, you are a sinner.
2) Ask for forgiveness from God.
3) Start a relationship with God by trusting in Jesus as Savior and Lord.
You can do all of that right now by simply talking to God in a prayer like this one:
Dear Lord Jesus: I know I am a sinner, and I ask for your forgiveness. I believe you died for my sins and rose from the dead. I trust and follow you as my Lord and Savior. Guide my life and help me to do your will. In your name I pray, amen.
